Shipping/Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
We have a 2-4 business day lead time for order fulfillment and processing for shipment. By only shipping orders out on Mondays - Wednesdays (Thursdays if local), we can reduce the chances of your order sitting in a hot warehouse or holding area over the weekend.
   
We can not guarantee the delivery date given by the chosen carrier. We will not refund any purchase that was not delivered on time, as the delivery times and conditions are beyond our control. If your order has not arrived on time, or is showing that it was delivered but you do not have the package, we recommend that you contact the delivery carrier's customer service department.

RETURNS

Being that all our products are handmade in small batches & intended for personal use, we can not accept returns as we can not restock or resell those products.

Refunds (if applicable)
The only time a refund will be issued is if your order is returned as undeliverable. All other transactions are final.
