Our Guarantee - We love making & using our products, and we want you to love them too! As such, we never ship subpar or untested products. Every bar, scrub, fizzy, and whip is made from high-quality ingredients and is designed with all skin types in mind. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure cleansing power, moisturizing properties, pH level, and scent/additive skin reactions.
Payment Methods - We accept all major credit cards.
Returns & Exchanges - Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products. If you received the wrong item from your order we will happily exchange it for you, as long as it has not been used or unsealed. If you're unhappy with our product in any way, please reach out so we can work to resolve this.
Product Substitutions - Our inventory is constantly changing, and the majority of our products are limited editions held through a month or a season. As such, occasionally an item you ordered may be out of stock before the website has a chance to catch up with inventory. Unless otherwise directed, we will substitute the replacement product for the item in question.
